Terra Vista Town Center Goes Green

(Rancho Cucamonga, CA) Terra Vista Town Center in Rancho Cucamonga is even brighter this year... Think Green! Every year since 1990, the center has decorated for the holidays with a variety of décor and plenty of exterior lighting. But now they are keenly aware of responsible energy use and the importance of making a change now for the good of our environment.

Property Manager Lee James of James Real Estate Management, Inc. says "This year Terra Vista Town Center will be phasing into LED (Light Emitting Diode) lighting. LED lighting is energy efficient, long lasting and consumes 90% less electricity than incandescent lights. The efficiency of LED lighting far exceeds that of fluorescent and incandescent lighting without sacrificing our center's beautiful décor."

Terra Vista Town Center will kick-off the holiday season with local musicians entertaining at the courtyard's focal point, the Poinsettia Tree, on Fridays November 23 - December 21 from 6-8PM. Community bands from local schools will be playing music as follows:

November 23 - Chaffey College
November 30 - Los Osos High School
December 7 - Etiwanda High School
December 14 - Etiwanda High School
December 21 - Rancho Cucamonga High School

Terra Vista Town Center features two fountains and three art sculptures and more than 60 retailers, restaurants & entertainment venues including: Bally Total Fitness, Home Design Furniture, HomeGoods, Mervyn's, Michaels, Old Navy, Ross Dress For Less, UltraStar Cinemas, Target, Chili's Grill & Bar, Panera Bread, Boston Market, Romano's Macaroni Grill and more. The center is located at the Northeast corner of Foothill and Haven in Rancho Cucamonga.
