Terra Vista Town Center will celebrate the holiday season with a visit from Santa on Saturday, December 12th from 1-5 PM, east of Target at the courtyard's focal point, the Poinsettia Tree. Bring your camera and snap a photo with Santa!

WiFi is now offered to customers throughout Terra Vista Town Center at 3 area “hot spots” – which also features the fast N connection. Property and Marketing Manager Lee James notes “in order to be a progressive center we need to offer as much convenience to our customers as possible, and we see free WiFi service as a benefit to our customers.”

Terra Vista Town Center is even brighter this year... Think Green! Every year since 1990, the center has decorated for the holidays with a variety of décor and plenty of exterior lighting. Their awareness of responsible energy use has generated a complete transformation to LED lighting.

Property Manager Lee James of James Real Estate Management, Inc. says “This year Terra Vista Town Center phased completely into LED (Light Emitting Diode) lighting. LED lighting is energy efficient, long lasting and consumes 90% less electricity than incandescent lights. The efficiency of LED lighting far exceeds that of fluorescent and incandescent lighting without sacrificing our center’s beautiful décor.”
